We booked for our family, 5 adults and Dexter the dog. All had a great time. Cottage was great everything you needed and with wifi and Sky. Garden catches the sun all afternoon with chairs and loungers. Fiona was really helpful and made sure we felt at home. Coastal walks and circular walks are lovely. Wonderful fresh fish, lobster and crab from the fishermen landed 2mins from our plates. Pub - great beer food and breakfast if you are feeling lazy and locals all very friendly. Good base to travel around this wonderful part of the UK. We recommend Newton Equestrian Centre all abilities catered for the 1.5 hour beach ride was amazing. Cornish Curry Company Helston only open two/three nights a week. Great value really tasty organic curry cooked by Cornish people - take away only. Cadgwith and Pebbles? You wont regret it :-)
The cottage is very comfortable , and has lots of character . Equipped with all we needed plus rainy day activities which fortunately we didn't need . Lovely garden area , and great to have parking . The pub is probably less than a minute away and we were served great food by friendly staff Stayed while walking the South west coastal path, surrounding area is beautiful Spotted the seals at the lizard Had an amazing holiday here .
This is a lovely, cosy cottage in the heart of Cadgwith village. It is completely unspoilt and retains lots of old fashioned features, but also has wifi and Sky TV which is a bonus for rainy evenings. Don't expect a modern kitchen, it is super simple which is a delight and meant that our evening meals were simple and delicious too - who needs anything else but the freshest of fish from the fish shop a few steps away from the cottage? It is one of the few dwellings in the heart of the village with a garden. Sitting in the garden gives lovely views of the village and the sea is only a short walk away.
'We loved the location, the cove, the opportunity to be right next to the coastal walks and to be able to buy fresh fish daily from the Fisherman's shack. The close proximity to the local Inn was a bonus on days when you didn't want to cook. The people in the village/cove were all very friendly and great hosts. The cottage has all you need to keep up with modern life but also allows you to switch off when you want to. The owners of Pebbles were always helpful and on hand should you need advice'.
'We have stayed in Pebbles twice now, both times we have really enjoyed ourselves. We found the level of accommodation very satisfactory and comfortable, we have already recommended it to friends and family and are booking for next year as we love staying in the cove. It is lovely to be in stumbling distance to the pub and the cellars restaurant'.
'We found that the cottage was really homely and had a friendly atmosphere to it. We had a fantastic Christmas. There is nothing we would change about it. The people of Cadgwith were really friendly and the swim really made our Christmas Day. Well the boys went in us girls took photos! We also got to enjoy the fantastic coastline and have found a new favourite beach in Kennack Sands.'
'We enjoyed the stay at Pebbles very much. Our kids were intrigued by the mystery that there really seemed to be a secret passway in the house (inside the walls between living room and the parlour, on both sides of the walk-through approx 10sqft), so they easily believed we lived in an old smuggler cottage that had an underground tunnel to the sea ;-)
'Cadgwith was beautiful and we enjoyed the cliff paths, the beaches in Kynance Cove & Kennack Sands and the wonderful nature. We were positively surprised about the high standard of furniture and equipment in the cottage. It was very cosy and comfortable.'
