Always welcomed, nothing is too much trouble. We have had multiple stays and Fiona always accommodates us if she can for short stays. Always ask here first. Our second home. The only downside for us is not being able to take our dogs. But it does mean they have a rest from us annoying humans 😊😊😊😊

Val ,

I chose Creekside in Gweek in Cornwall to meet my daughter Jen's boyfriend family and spend some quality time there with another Daughter Melissa and grand baby Everest. It was the perfect accommodation and met all our needs. The cottage is charming and clean and very well equipped. The location is within walking distance of a very good pub and a grocery store that manages to have mostly everything one need. We were able to park our rental car right in front of the cottage. Fiona, th owner, supplied us with a highchair and portable crib for our little one and we all slept well in our comfortable beds. If I return to Cornwall again I would certainly book this lovely cottage.

Lucy,

Creekside Cottage,Gweek was 'just' perfect for our Christmas stay, in Cornwall! The cottage was beautifully appointed, with some lovely features including; A range, Victorian style wrought Iron fireplace & wooden shutters....& that was just in the lounge!! The conservatory was great for keeping all our 'Christmas goodies' cool & with two very good sized double bedrooms, a bunk room & a lovely large bathroom with shower & roll top bath, we really couldn't have wished for anything more. Fiona & Simon, the owners did everything to make our stay perfect, from leaving us all a lovely bottle of wine, a bunch of Tulips & a Cream Tea with homemade Scones, local Jam & Clotted Cream + they came to check all was OK & we weren't needing anything! All in all a truly memorable holiday.

Penny,

I have no hesitation recommending this cottage. For us, the location was perfect, the cottage is warm, the beds are comfortable, we felt at home right away. The children were safe to wander to the shop & green area. There should be some gravel in the car park as it can get quite muddy. I would book again. Thanks.

Maeve,

'We had a very comfortable and relaxed break in this charming cottage, in a wonderful location. Hopefully we will be back again soon!"

Mrs P,

'We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your cottage. It was a real haven of peace and calm and so warm and cosy....we would have liked to have hibernated there for the whole of the winter!
Thanks also for the lovely cream and freshly baked scones you left for us, such a great start to our stay.
We would recommend your cottage to anyone.'

Mr & Mrs Z,

'We had a great time, everything was great in the house, we were very comfortable. You’ve created a lovely cosy house. We loved Gweek – the pub is great, the shop so convenient and the Wednesday fish & chip van absolutely fantastic!'

Mr & Mrs W,

'We had a fantastic time with great weather and excellent accommodation. Creekside is quite traditional from the outside but has a warm contemporary feel on the inside. Its location close to the village pub and opposite the village shop was ideal. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and many thanks for all the help and information you gave us. The lizard and Helford area are really Cornwall at its best'.

Mr & Mrs P,

'We really enjoyed our holiday from start to finish. The cottage was a very nice place to stay. Complements on your choice of decor and equipment, we didn't expect they would be to such a standard. Will look forward to staying at one of your properties again'.

Mr & Mrs P,

'The food at local pub was worthy of any London restaurant and the service was fab. The seal sanctuary was a brilliant day out, the staff put across their information in a fun and informative way.'

Ms L,

'We really enjoyed our stay, the house is lovely,so peaceful and light and airy inside. We found it well equipped. The area around Gweek is definitely the most picturesque part of Cornwall, and we shall look forward to returning one day. Many thanks again for everything.'

Mr & Mrs M,

'Great stay, very many thanks – very central, but quiet with the convenience of the food store and great pub (The Gweek Inn) next door too and also a welcome surprise that there was access to wireless internet just within range (a BT FON site). Beds very comfortable. Made it to St Michael and Marzion which was a long time ambition. Top pub within driving range was the Halzephon at Gunwalloe, amazing and great welcome.'

Dr L,
