     Moonsail is a beautifully presented two bed cottage with views over Cadgwith valley and towards the cove. It has two bedrooms on the ground floor,with a large bathroom. The first floor open kitchen and living room opens into the secluded garden area, perfect for eating outdoors.

    The cottage has two bedrooms on the ground floor: -double bedroom with wrought iron double bed, chest of drawers with mirror -twin bedroom with built in wardrobe storage -large bathroom with bath with mixer tap over, separate shower, sink, wc and washing machine

    Stairs up to first floor, landing area with bookshelves: -kitchen area with granite worktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, freestanding fridge-freezer -dining table -lounge area with two sofas, coffee table, TV

    The garden area can be accessed from path around the outside of cottage and also from french doors in lounge area: -patio area with table and chairs -sloping lawn area -shed for storing bbq, windbreak etc. Whilst it is possible to park directly outside the cottage, please be aware that the driveway is very narrow and difficult to manoeuvre on - for this reason, we also provide a parking permit for the car park, which is just across the road.

    We, the owners, live in the adjoining house with our three children and Monty, the black lab.
